INNER LOOK: CHOOSING WISELY

There are some seasons in our life that are private and sensitive that has us on our knees before God continuously. Having someone in your corner you can trust, when you say keep this between us. They will actually keep it between the two of you.

Some people's desire to be needed by others will override their commitment to you. Choose for your life wisely, you will find later how much this matters!

• Choosing wisely when privacy matters in the midst of storms. Privacy is something we cherish; I know that I do. Which is why it's so important that when I'm asked to keep something in confidence that I do. There are many reasons why a person that is going through a hard storm may ask for you to keep what they are sharing in confidence. Some things may need time to process due to fear, sharing with other immediate family members, understanding why that cup is before them. Whatever the many reasons are, either way, when someone is dealing with something that is a hard season of their life and you choose to be that person they can confide in.. be sensitive to “their” needs not “yours”.
