It's important to us that others listen to us when we speak. Not only listen but to actually hear what we are expressing. Let's give the same courtesy and understanding to them when they need us to listen and hear them as they express their concerns or feelings.
When we really engage in listening to hear with a real desire to be open and engage with each other. We may find that what the other person is saying can actually lead to a heartfelt conversation that has meaning for the both of us. Let's choose to hear what they have to say, so that they will be open to hear what we have to say.
